After three weeks of purchasing sandals they came unglued! I went back to store with receipt the girl at the store said that because they have been used she couldn't do the return even with a receipt! I called the 1800 customer service line she had the audacity of saying it was past 30 days. Can't do a return! I bought the sandals 8/13 today is 9/17.
The sandals came unglued over a week ago! I live 30 minutes away from their store location! She expected me to go exchange the day of? Crazy thinking! This company has poor service! Poor quality of material! This will be the last time I buy at Tommy Hilfiger.

Do not waste your time and if you do then be prepared to wait I'm not talking days here more like a week to take process the order then 48hrs for them to post and track it then wait for delivery... so far I'm still waiting having ordered it on the 21st its now the 29th and its just getting posted but I have to wait a further 48hrs before it can even start tracking.... its missed my grandsons birthday so not impressed. And their customer service needs firing just some random innocuous email you recieve when you complain seriously avoid!!! I would gave them zero if I could....why is there no 0
We are off to italy tomorrow so there will be no one to recieve the item so i will have to re arrange delivery so thanks for that tommy

Tommy Hilfiger's USA online ordering and fulfilment service is not fit for purpose. The online shop is unable to process orders quickly and accurately enough, resulting is shipping times way beyond what is quoted. They clearly don’t care that they state delivery estimates they cannot fulfil.

The ‘customer service’ is appalling, with agents unable to resolve issues or offer compensation for problems they've created - an absolute disgrace for a global brand!

The entire experience is shambolic, the Chief Operating Officer should be fired, replaced by someone who’s able to improve things.

Most disappointing about this, judging from all the other comments, is that Tommy Hilfiger online just does NOT care.

Returns No good.

Have used this company a few times. Had toreturn a belt and the Customer service department is just No good. Have not replied to me and now stuck with belt that was sent to small. Will claim money back via Credit card. Wont but from online again.

Ordered some Tommy Hifiger shoes from DSW.
Very economical, fashionable and functional.
Were sold out. But fortunately they were back in stock right away.
That's knowing how to keep your customers happy!

I shopped at their website for several times and were over all happy with the experience. However be aware that the OUTLET exclusive items have poorer quality than regular ones

These sheets are still full of lint after 20 washes. I have to clean out the lint trap every 15 minutes of drying.

I've contacted the company and they have responded but have yet to offer compensation.

After washing my brand new TH towels, the seams came undone!:-(

I have placed several orders online at their website and some items come in the wrong size. They are labeled the right size but they are very small. I just donate them but this time I really wanted the shirt so I called the company to reorder at the same price that I paid for it and they said no. They would refund me then I had to pay a higher price because the sale was over. I think that is a scam. They send unsatisfactory merchandise that I donate which saves their company money because they do not have to pay to pick it up and then they want me to pay a higher price to get the same shirt in the right size. I order online all the time and have never had a company do that. I will never order from this company again.
